- Check-in Time - Our check-in begins at 2:30 PM, allowing you to settle in and start enjoying your stay without delay.
- Check-out Procedure - We kindly request that you check out by 11:30 AM, ensuring a smooth transition for incoming guests while giving you ample morning time to prepare.
- Early Check-in - Between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM – Charged at 20% of the base rate. Before 12:00 PM – Charged at 100% of the base rate.
- Late Check-out - Between 12:00 PM and 2:30 PM – Charged at 50% of the base rate. After 3:00 PM – Charged as a new booking at the Best Available Rate.
Cancellation Policy:
- 100% Refund before 14 Days from Check-in Date/Time
- 50% Refund before 7 Days from Check-in Date/Time
- 0% Refund if its less than 7 Days from Check-in Date/Time

To provide you with the best dining experience, we request that you inform us of your meal preferences 48hrs prior of your arrival. Self-cooking is strictly prohibited within the premises. This includes the use of ovens, air fryers, sandwich makers, and similar appliances. Our kitchen is designed for professional use, and our staff will gladly assist you with any requirements.
Meal Times:
- Breakfast is served between 8:00 am - 10:30 am, offering a fresh start to your day.
- Lunch can be enjoyed from 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm, perfect for a midday meal.
- Dinner is available from 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm, concluding your day with a delightful meal.

- Supervision: Pets must not be left unattended in the villa for more than two hours. If left alone, they must be quiet and comfortable.
- Leash Policy: Pets must be always kept on a leash or in a carrier while in the common gardens or lobby areas.
- Furniture & Linens: We provide a luxury pet bed for your companion's comfort. We kindly ask that pets stay off the sofas and beds. Please use the designated "Pet Towels" provided in your welcome kit for drying paws.
- Waste Management: Pet parents are responsible to dispose of pet waste in the designated areas.
- Liability: The management is not liable for any loss of valuables unless they are deposited with the supervisor.
- River Safety: Please review the safety guidelines before entering the river, as the management will not be held responsible for any incidents occurring in or around the river.
- Damages: Guests are responsible for any property damage or improper use of rooms, toilets, or amenities, and will be required to compensate accordingly.
- Alcohol Policy: While we do not sell alcohol on the villa, guests are permitted to bring their own, allowing for a personalised experience.
- Smoking Policy and Substance Regulations: Smoking inside the building is strictly prohibited. Designated smoking areas with disposal bins are provided for your convenience. Please ensure cigarette butts are discarded properly; failure to do so may result in additional cleaning charges. The possession or use of illegal drugs within the premises is a criminal offense under the law. The management will not be held responsible for any such incidents and reserves the right to take appropriate action.
- Noise Control: Playing extremely loud music outside the building or near the river area that causes public nuisance must be avoided.
